As a solo therapist, last minute cancellations & schedule changes significantly impact my business. In consideration of other clients hoping to secure appointments, and with respect for my own time, the following standard policies are in place. Thank you for your understanding.

Rescheduling and Canceling

Please carefully review this policy. Your consent is required at the time of booking.

24 hour advance notice is required when rescheduling or canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to book that appointment time. Schedule changes and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $50 late change fee. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “no show” and will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

  •  As a courtesy, an email & text reminder is sent 48hr prior to appt, making it easy to reschedule or cancel online within the allowed time frame.
  • With less than 24hr notice, you cannot change/cancel online. You must call or text me directly to leave a message with your full name & scheduled appointment time. You’ll be charged a $50 late change fee. 

No Show

Don’t be a no show! If you accidentally or intentionally miss your appointment with no notice whatsoever then the full price for the scheduled service will be charged to your card on file.  

Early Arrival

Please arrive at my door no more than 10 mins before your scheduled time. This allows me time to air out the treatment room and do all the necessary cleaning & disinfecting in preparation for your service. I also use this time to take a breather, call back clients or grab a quick snack. If you happen to arrive earlier, you are welcome to text me and I’ll let you know when I’m ready for you to come in.

Late Arrival

Appointment times have been reserved specifically for you and your service. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate clients coming after you. You will still be responsible for the full charges.

Booking Appointments

Online booking is the quickest & easiest way to schedule your visit to BodyBloom.  A valid credit card is required at the time of each booking to reserve your appointment but you are not required to prepay. This credit card will be kept securely on file to cover any last minute cancellation, rescheduling or no-show fees for that appointment. You may also opt to have it kept on file for future appointments. Upon checkout, you may choose your preferred method of payment including the credit card on file, a different credit card, Venmo, cash or personal check.

When booking online, you’ll see the option to “Pay Now” or “Reserve Without Paying.” You will then receive an email confirmation which prompts you to complete a confidential online health form if you are a new BodyBloom client. Please do not complete this until you have an appointment booked. You will also receive helpful appointment reminders via email & text.

Same day appointments are not available.  Appointments may be booked online up to 60 days in advance. Please call or text me directly for any of these reasons: 1) you prefer not to book online;  2) you have a question or a special request; 3) you wish to book back-to-back appointments for a party of 2 or more; 4) you cannot find a time that works as I might be able to tweak my schedule a bit or else add you to my waitlist.  BodyBloom is by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. 

Refunds

Prepaid appointments will be refunded in full if canceled with at least 24hr advance notice. If canceled with less than 24hr advance notice, it will be refunded minus a $50 late change fee. For no-shows with no notification whatsoever, there will be no refund issued.

All refunds will go back to your original form of payment and I will initiate that process within 24hrs of receiving notification of the appointment cancellation.

Tipping

At BodyBloom, tips are always appreciated but never expected. It’s a personal choice. If you’re really happy with the personalized service you received, here are some great ways to show your appreciation:

  • Rebook: Keep coming back!
  • Refer: Send your friends & family!
  • Review: Spread the word with a positive Google review!

Covid-19

Current mask policy and latest Covid safety updates can be found on the Covid-19 page.

  • I’m triple vaccinated and will continue to monitor the Covid-19 community level.
  • Please let me know asap if you are experiencing Covid symptoms or have serious concerns about Covid exposure. Your appointment will be rescheduled to a safe & appropriate future date and any cancellation fees will be waived.
